In 1993, because of strengthening demand for our products, production was moved to a purpose built factory which fully meets the European regulations concerning Health & Hygiene (License No. BI 100P). We believe in utilising the most up-to-date technology available for production and packaging which emphasizes our strong commitment to high quality.

TASTY BAKE (Exotic Fish Division)
is a leading importer of fresh fish into the U.K. and has built a reputation for quality, graded fish, available on a weekly basis which are then distributed to all fish markets in Great Britain. Seafood is purchased from areas such as Oman, India, Indonesia, Seychelles, Greece, Australia, North America, Central & South America. In 1998 & 1999, to assist expansion, we opened purpose built depots at Nechells in Birmingham to handle, store, process & distribute fresh fish to the Wholesale Fish markets, Retail & Food Services sectors.
