Fillets are supplied boneless in packs of 4 x portions - minimum weight 1kg per pack - and/or marinaded in a Sauce selected by you.
Whole fish are supplied 'Pan Ready' (i.e gilled, gutted and descaled) in packs of 2 x fish.
Whole cooked fresh lobsters supplied small or large.
